What is Affordable Housing?

Pheasant Ridge offers affordable housing programs that allow apartments to be available exclusively to those who may not otherwise be able to afford this premium downtown location. These programs have income and student restrictions. Learn more about whether you qualify.

How do I know if I qualify for Affordable Housing?

Our affordable housing programs have student and income restrictions. To be eligible to live at Artisan Village, your total annual household income must be under the income limits found here, based on the number of people living in the apartment.
