What is Affordable Housing?

Pheasant Ridge offers affordable housing programs that allow apartments to be available exclusively to those who may not otherwise be able to afford this premium downtown location. These programs have income and student restrictions. Learn more about whether you qualify.

How do I know if I qualify for Affordable Housing?

Our affordable housing programs have student and income restrictions. To be eligible to live at Artisan Village, your total annual household income must be under the income limits found here, based on the number of people living in the apartment.

Are there additional fees?

  Application fee: $25 per adult (Non-refundable fee coves cost of background check)

  Security Deposit: 1/2 Months Rent (can vary depending on credit)

  Parking: 1 FREE parking stall per apartment. 2nd stall is available for $25/month.

What is your pet policy?

We allow cats and 10 gallon fish aquariums. Limit 2 pets per apartment. Dogs are not permitted.

Additional pet fees include:

  Pet security deposit of 1/2 months rent

  $15 monthly pet rent, per cat

Where is your office?

What utilities are included?

Heat, water, hot water, sewer, trash, lawn care, and wireless internet are included.

Do you have any apartments without restrictions?

We do have a few Market Rate Apartments with no student or income restrictions. View our current availability or contact our leasing team for information.
