What is Affordable Housing?

Pheasant Ridge offers affordable housing programs that allow apartments to be available exclusively to those who may not otherwise be able to afford this premium downtown location.

To be eligible for these programs, you must qualify for the income and student restrictions. See the income restrictions below or view our Resident Selection Criteria for more information on whether you qualify.

Do I qualify?

One criteria for our affordable housing programs is that your total annual household income must be under the below limits, based on the number of people living in each apartment.

HOME Program

Annual household income cannot exceed:

1 person: $32,100

2 people: $36,700

3 people: $41,300

4 people: $45,850

5 people: $49,550

6 people: $53,200

50% Program

Annual household income cannot exceed:

1 person: $35,150

2 people: $40,200

3 people: $45,500

4 people: $50,200

5 people: $54,250

6 people: $58,250

60% Program

Annual household income cannot exceed:

 1 person: $42,180

2 people: $48,240

3 people: $54,240

4 people: $60,240

5 people: $65,100

6 people: $69,900
