What is Affordable Housing?

Pheasant Ridge offers Affordable Housing Programs that allow apartments to be available exclusively to those who may not otherwise be able to afford this premium downtown location.

To be qualify for these Affordable Housing Programs, you must be eligible within the income and student restrictions. See the income restrictions below or view our Resident Selection Criteria for more information on whether you qualify.

Do I qualify?

Households comprised of only full-time students would typically not qualify for Affordable Housing Programs.

Another criteria for our Affordable Housing Programs is that your total annual household income must be under the below limits, based on the number of people living in each apartment.

HOME Program

Annual household income cannot exceed:

1 person: $42,750

2 people: $48,850

3 people: $54,950

4 people: $61,050

5 people: $65,950

6 people: $70,850

50% Program

Annual household income cannot exceed:

1 person: $44,100

2 people: $50,400

3 people: $56,700

4 people: $62,950

5 people: $68,000

6 people: $73,050

60% Program

Annual household income cannot exceed:

1 person: $52,920

2 people: $60,480

3 people: $68,040

4 people: $75,540

5 people: $81,600

6 people: $87,660
